Nobody tells you it looks like  
standing in the cereal aisle  
for eleven minutes,

or laughing at something  
and then remembering  
mid-laugh  
that you can't tell them.

It looks like fine.  
It looks like totally fine.  
It looks like I'm doing really well, thanks.

And then it looks like  
your car, alone,  
where nobody needs you  
to look like anything.
